Tom was easy to talk to and we were on the same page from the start. He planned his work well, checking compatibility and installation requirements before hand so the day of installation went without problems. I've used other HVAC companies in the past, but Tom Carrell Heating and A/C will be my choice for service in the future. Honest and straight forward, they're tops!
