The project was completed to our satisfaction. It did require a return visit for one of the two bathrooms which caused some inconvenience to wait for the resolution over two days. I would not hesitate to use them in the future as the resolution was successful.

Tom called back right away and he was flexible in scheduling appt and he showed up when as committed. Right away I liked Tom. He was honest, on time, professional and his costs were very reasonable compared to others! Tom's guys did a GREAT job!!! I'd HIGHLY recommend his company!!! I've put him in my Blackberry as a permanent entry. Any plumbing needs... I'll be calling him directly! He just earned a loyal, long term customer.

Tom came over and did an assessment of our situation and submitted a bid. We are going to take several additional bids and will choose a plumber within a week or two, at the latest. We were impressed with Tom and he is definitely still under consideration.
