Eric, the owner of the company was also the project manager, and was on site every day (as far as I know). Because Eric and his company are roofing specialists, and so did the work themselves, he helped me understand the pros and cons of several approaches. I ended up having him install a skylight as well as replace the roof. All his references were extremely enthusiastic about his work and, just as important, his follow-up. The cost was exactly as estimated and the work was done in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend Top Cat.
