They actually answer their phone! Arranged cleaning appointment through Manager Paula for the following day. Paula was very professional & kind. She arranged for Jana, who came the next morning at 9am and worked for four hours. She was a worker! I’m thinking of having her come back in a week or so to do more! Price was unbeatable. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

For a deep clean I paid premium rates and they did not clean my counters, take the garbage out, left dishes in the sink, the bathtub was still dirty, they didn’t mop the kitchen floor. Very poor job.

First time hiring a cleaning service for move-out, have always done it myself. The manager Paula answered my inquiry and explained the services and procedure. The cleaning person is personable and professional, would hire again.

I have been using Toria's services for a couple years. Other than a somewhat screwey billing system, they have been wonderful. They are always willing to work with you on any issue and I will continue to welcome them in to clean my home.

They did a fine job. I did not mind supplying my own products as I knew they would not harm any surfaces or cause an issue with my pets.

Very professional! Two employees were sent to do a very thorough cleaning as we were preparing the house for sale. April and Taitana did an outstanding job. They worked very hard for the entire 5 hours they were there. I would definately call Toria's next time I need this type of service!
