We are a 200 townhome association and we were so pleasantly surprised with just how great Total Perfection was. They responded promptly, came to our site for a walk through the next day, had a great proposal a day later and were done with the job before I even knew it had started. They followed our special instructions to a tee, and we did not have one home owner complaint regarding them or the work. They cleaned up after themselves and were the best vendor we have had in our association in a long, long time. I would use them every time.

I chose this company to do the work because they called me right away, were very nice, and provided a good estimate. They got a bit lost, and called to let me know. They were a little bit late because of it, but I dont mind because they have been very good at keeping me in the loop. I will submit a final rating once the job is complete and I have had a chance to evaluate.
