Poor communication, make sure to get your estimate in writing. My final invoice was a lot higher than I expected, when I called for an explanation the service person called back with a attitude that he didn't say what I understood to be the estimated cost for the repair and that I was wrong. I don't ever plan to use this company again.

I can't thank you both enough!!! The air conditioning quite Saturday in the stifling heat--I panicked as I have indoor pets. My nephew suggested using Service Magic to find someone who works weekends. A few minutes after my initial call TRS calls back and schedules an appointment that SAME AFTERNOON! TRS called again before arriving, found and fixed several problems, tested the AC before leaving and charged very reasonably for their work. My pets and I have been enjoying ICE COLD AIR ever since! Thanks again Service Magic and Total Refrigeration Service of Central Arkansas--you are genuine life savers!!!

The service man who came out to my house was very friendly and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I was also home with a newborn. He knew that beforehand and remembered. He didn't ring the door bell and was very quiet while he was in the house. He made suggestions for things that needed to be done in the next year. I will definitely keep using this company.
