Totally Exhausted really worked into our schedule. He came in the evening at 6:30 and was going somewhere else afterwards. I was thrilled that I didn't have to take time off from work to have this done. He came and inspected the chimney, told us how to use it and made recommendations, AND he said it didn't need cleaned, so the fee was much less than I had expected. I highly recommend him.

Very honest, helpful and experienced. Inpected the chimney and found that it did not need cleaned at this time. Taught us how to open and close the damper. Also gave advise on what not to do and use. Quick response. I highly recommend this professional.
