Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
Older hydraulic sprinkler systems are becoming obsolete - and few repairmen are old enough to have experience in repairing them. When the Touch O'Green repairman first came, he correctly identified the leak and clamped off the hydraulic tube that was leaking. However, the hydraulic system works by using the water pressure to keep the valves closed. The only way the valves can open is for their to be a way that the water can drain out. When the hydraulic tube was clamped off, all the valves in the system were kept in a closed position and the entire sprinkler system stopped working. I needed to call another (older) repairman to come.
