Did a very good job repairing our pellet stove and cleaned up the entire area when finished.

The guys were pleasant and efficient with cleaning the chimney.

While they are certainly not the cheapest company around.....you get what you pay for!!!! I fell victim to those faulty advertisements in the money mailers and every one that I called did a crappy job. This company was very professional/friendly and deff. took more time and care in cleaning our fireplace/replacing caps then other companies in the past. I will deff. use them again!

Had little problem with existing pipe, they solved easily and to complete sat.

The owner, Rick, came to revisit the job. Won't know until Winter if his repair sufficed our situation. He did offer that he would return if we needed more installation in the face of our fireplace. A little pricey to me for a repair that took less than an hour. We would consider them for any future fireplace needs due to the fact that the owner is knowledgeable about his business. We are content and satisfied with this company.

Rick, the owner, came to our house today and made a thorough inspection of the chmney and the problems we have with it. He seemed very knowledeable about the source/reason for our ongoing problem, and how to fix it. He gave us an estimate and we gave him a deposit. He will be here on Wednesday, May 5, to do the repair, and expects to complete it in one day. If a second day is required, he said it would be May 6. We have not had the work done yet, so the ratings marked above are given only on our initial meeting with him, not on the work he hasn't done yet.

I was immediately impresed with Ziggy and Tyron, as they entered my home they put covers on their shoes so not to track in any dirt on my floors. They informed me of a very serious problem with our chimney and made recommendations moving forward. They left me estimates to make a decison on what we need to do moving forward. We are seriously considering having Town & Country come back and install a wood insert with a blower. I highly recommend this company.

Rick High owner of company gave me a writen time to start work on March 3 of 2010 with start time of 9:oo. Not only did they not show up did not call I had to track them down with promised phone calls they did not make . Was told they dont have stove then had the stove on the third and was still put off till the 5 th . I had to take 2 days off work for this. Not only that talked to ther office on the fith and paid ammont in full. Then on that following monday the 8 th called about reciet and paper work on tax credit was again that paper work went outthat day it did not . very poor customer service!!!!!!! would not recommend for any one .

They got in contact with me quickly.

They were very prompt in response to my call. Not only did they do the project quickly, they were very careful to protect my carpets, etc. I would definitely hire them again.

It took a week for them to come out. They are very busy, but professional. They explained everything up front and offered multiple suggestions. I would use them again for service.

They left me high and dry, did'nt finish my install, had to call someone elese to finish

This company's profile says it gives free estimates but it does not. I was told there was a standard flat fee of $186 to clean, and troubleshoot gas fireplaces. I have no need for cleaning but they didn't care - $186 for them to come out, period. I passed.

Town & Country performed their service with my house guest present. I asked if my guest would be in the way knowing I had no where for these people to go. Town & Country reps were gracious and performed their service with no mess and no compliants about the many people around. They were mindful of their equipment and the small children present. The rep and his assoicated was helpful in explaining their service and follow-up advice. I will recommend them and give them 5 stars.
