He provides no receipts and will scam you for your money on materials if he is given the option to do so. I hired them to do the job and it hasn't been finish two months later.

Tracy replaced the siding around my fire place chimney, tared flashings on roof, replaced wood rot in several places, pressure washed and painted entire house. All work was done by Tracy and a helper. All work was good quality, done on time and cost as we agreed. I will use Tracy again.

He came the following day and completed the jobs: installing new French doors and replacing an element on my hot water heater. He was friendly and honest. In fact, another serviceman said I needed a whole new hot water heater and quoted me $750 for parts & labor. Tracy replaced the element for $100 (parts & labor) and it has been working fine since! I would definitely recommend Tracy to others and use his services again in the future. I love my new French doors!

I am a recently widowed person who needed a painter. So I found Tracy through Service Magic. His prices were a little higher than others but he had a 5 star rating. He and his team are clearly 5 star workers as they painted the entire 2700 ft house inside and out. Then I had Tracy help me with several diverse home projects and repairs and again it was 5 star performance. Tracy is a really nice guy and so are his team members. I am sure that you too will find him to a be 5 star performer.

He was very quick to respond and get the work done as soon as possible. He was a little late, but it was because he was finishing up another job, and he did have the courtesy to call and let me know and still completed the job on time. It ended up costing more than the original estimate because he didn't realize materials would cost so much, but it was still a reasonable price.

After two and a half weeks, all the multiple projects presented, some are major ones, has been done and completed to our satisfaction. We have never seen a handyman in his capability like Tracy Roberts who is friendly, punctual, professionally dedicated to his works, calls for prices for comparisons, and never felt being overcharged. Mr. Roberts was were quite in response to my request for qote for exterior cleaning of my house. As I was out of town during the week Mr. Roberts made a second trip to meet with me on a Saturday to review the scope of work and settlement of a lump sum price. Mr. Roberts completed the work on schedule and did a very complete job including cleaning of high elevation gutters and removal of old shutters and clean up. I plan on utilizing Mr. Roberts for exterior house painting as well as other task.

Mr. Roberts was very friendly and helpful. He was able to complete the task properly and his work showed great skill. I would utilize him for other projects I may need done that are beyond my abilities. I would definately recommend him to others.

We needed a door replacement quickly and he was able provide us with next-day service. The job turned out to be a larger project than he originally estimated, partly because we decided on a door that was not pre-hung. The project took two days, and he left several things undone, such as putting in the weatherstripping and putting on a second coat of paint, but we agreed with these modifications. For the most part, bhe project was completed satisfactorily.

This man and his helper, left a MESS at my house; it took me a day to clean it up.
