Prompt response. He was thorough. Price was fair. Very good guy. Clean. Really, really pleased with the job.

Tracy was very professional and all work was completed in a timely manner. The retaining walls and steps he installed look amazing, better than expected. I would definitely recommend Tracy to anybody.

After waiting a couple days after I was told I would get the bid, I called called and was told he would send it in a couple days. Then had to call again and he gave me a verbal quote. The quote seemed reasonable, but of course he took longer than he said, didnt show up when he said he would and didnt clean up after himself that well. Not impressed with the workmanship either. Of course when I called to let him know about areas that missed he never responded or corrected.

Tracy was pleasant and professional.

I think he and his crew did a great Job. I did have a few issues with quality checks, I had to have him come back to fix a cosmetic defect.

Tracy Sales built a glass block interior wall that separated my kitchen and family room. He did an excellent job. Price was reasonable. I would recommend Tracy if you need a mason.
