the work is not completed, when I chose not to have an elaborate landscaping project, the work was left incomplete.

"We made several trips to meet with the home owner and revise the proposal, she finally settled on installing one small tree. Due to delays on the homeowner's part in revising the proposal it was to late in the season to offer a warranty with the tree, as of 12/27/2008 she has not responded to our telephone messages or e-mails regarding this issue. We have 27 unpaid man hours in the job to date."

They understood what I was trying to accomplish, came on time and worked steadily until the project was completed. One day they arrived exceptionally early and when it started to rain I realized they had come early to get in as much work as they could. They were very professional and cleaned up every day. They completed the project on time and on budget. I love the finished product, will make good use of my new outdoor living space and would highly recommend them.
