Maid Service
Tracy did a great job with cleaning our entire house. That is no easy task with three and a half baths and four bedrooms. In addition to the great job, she is so nice. I would definitely recommend Tranquil Environments to relatives and friends. We continue to be very pleased with their work.

"Thank you for leaving feedback! I understand you were not happy that we could not vacuum your unfinished basement that had puddles of water and was strewn with rocks. You also told us upfront not to do the windows, but changed your mind once we started. Which was fine, except it added a good 90 minutes to your original estimate."

Service was presented well on paper, but was definitely a dissappointment. Baseboards, ceilings, cobwebs and other details were missed. Definitely not the "extreme" clean that they advertise. Dusting was "around" items- they were not moved and cleaned properly. Floors are not done on hands and knees, toilets were not cleaned all around but rather only inside the bowl. Was planning on having the initial "Extreme" clean done and then a bi-weekly service. When I called the owner of the company to explain my dissappointment she quickly offered a half back refund, but then called back and said that giving a refund was not in her contract.

Virtually all items were moved in your home to dust except in the bedrooms you mentioned that dusting didn't need to be thorough because of the amount of clutter. We do not clean floors on our hands and knees and do not advertise that we do. We do, however, clean the floor around the toilet."
