Took too long to complete the job. Would not make requested changes which we were not pleased with without additional charges. Their recommendations to repair the problem were not accurate requiring additional cost after approval.Make sure everything is like you want before paying. Otherwise workmanship was good. I would prefer recommend Trimlawn to maybe, but that wasnot a choice.

Tom is a gentleman and very nice. He is very educated and informative about his business.We felt comfortable with him and liked him immediately.His team of men went to work right away and did a superb job with our failing yard.We had sod installed in a small area that had fill dirt added to a terrible sink hole in our front yard. All is great and the yard has really improved.We have commissioned him for several other areas that need addressing and look forward to a lovely ,restored yard in a matter of months!. Thank you Tom!!

They showed up within a day of getting information from Service Magic and provided an estimate. They showed up on the day scheduled to do the installation, and completed the work in a timely fashion. The lawn looks great. They have the right equipment to do subdivision lawns. They even moved some of the leftover sod around back for me.

Tom is professional On time, knowledgeable, good price. The workmen were prompt and very thorough. They did a very professional job and I was so happy, I recommended them to a friend, who is also very happy and surely will also recommend Tom. The sales person pressured me into buying zyosia grass dismissing my concerns about lack of sun light and there are whole sections of the yard that are now dead, clearly from not enuf light. Also, there was poor preparation of the area, weeds popped up between every piece of sod and other sections are dead from what appears to be infestations. I emailed them earlier in this season and have received no reply.

Diane Rice was going to come to give an est., never did. Miguel came by to give an est. It was VERY low. It would not even have covered the cost for the mulch and weed killer. I also needed work on our drain . He looked at it and mumbled something to his coworker in Spanish. He was prompt and came when he said he would, and was even ready to do the job. I decided not to use him due small language barrier. TrimLawn was by far the BEST I have ever used!! Tom was early for our appt. and gave an estimate in 20 mins. The job was done 4 days later, as promised. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again and recommend them to friend and neighbors!!

They do great work - I have them maintain my yard on a twice-monthy basis. The yard has never looked better. Because it's winter and the weather is bad, I can't predict what days they'll come, and that's my \only complaint - in order for them to get into my back yard, I have to put my dog away, and while I'm home most of the time and this isn't a problem, once I wasn't so they weren't able to get back there to finish up.

We really liked their work. We are really enjoying our new view from our back porch. However, it has been two weeks since they completed the job and we just received watering instructions in the mail and we have yet to receive a final bill. We have called and asked for one and are still waiting. There are a few plants that did not make it and we were hoping Tom would come by or call us to see how things are and just a final follow up.
