John was very detailed and thorough. He took time to explain the fine points. I learned a lot from him. For the amount of time and work he put in, the charge was more than a bargain. I will recommend him to anyone who needs home inspection.

Very hard person to get on the phone. However, when he did the inspection he was wonderful. Showed me personally all the things he was concerned with, was polite, was very thorough, and created a detailed professional report (with photos) that he e-mailed to me within 24 hours! It made it much easier to negotiate witht the seller of the home for the required repairs.

Very experienced inspector, but the quality of the report itself was not up to par. He does not take notes on the job or use a notebook computer but instead relies on digital photos and memory.
