Excellent and efficient service. Chris Sturm personally came and quoted on my job (trimming 3 trees) the day after I was connected with him via ServiceMagic. The quote matched that of a solo contractor, yet I had the full experience and expertise of Tropical Creations working for me. Their tree service guys were excellent - great at getting my input on the job (and my neighbors as one tree was on the boundary), getting it done, and cleaning up afterwards. I'm using them for more work after this -already have a sprinker system fix they are going to do. Highly recommended.

I already recommended them to a few people. They did exactly what we asked plus they CLEANED up after themselves. outstanding work !!! We will follow up to have the trees trimmed every 2 years.

Although our project was small compared to their unique landscaping capabilities, they treated this project with as much importance as I would expect from a large project. Their proposal and suggestions were thorough and their experience in landscaping was evident. Ken was highly accessible for questions and they performed the work quickly and with no problems. Would definitely work with them again.

Too expensive.

Tropical Creations project managers are not familiar with horticulture. Over 50% of the plants died and had to be replaced. At first the owner was nice about it, but over time he became difficult to work with. The drip system is insufficient. I later discovered, through my own investigation, that the reason many of the plants were dieing is due to the fact there was no water source. I won't ask them to come back to correct the problem, instead I'll just go with another company. Unfortunately, I paid Tropical Creations in full on the last day of work, I should have held out at least 25% of the payment until I one year.

This company was wonderful. I liked what the tech said from the initial phone call. He was on top of everything and did everything he said. The work was done exactly as they said and they were even early. The yard was cleaned and everything in perfect order. I would highly recommend Tropical Creations.

We loved their conscientiousness and do a wonderful job. They are very good at attention to details. They did a beautiful job.
