Responded quickly to my request to hook up a new gas oven to an existing gas propane hookup with shut off valves. They sent a novice plumber who spent considerable time hooking up the burners; however, he never hooked up the oven. We called Tru Tek back and were scolded by the manager stating he walked his plumber through the hookup and he tested everything prior to leaving.NOT TRUE!! We had to call the mfr. who sent their own plumber and who informed us the oven was never hooked up.It took all of ten minutes to hook up the oven. Not sure what the $225 fee covered.
