Mr. Falgout returned my initial contact e-mail very quickly and worked hard to install a ceiling fan I had taken down from another room. As it turned out, a new fan had to be purchased and Chuck rescheduled to return later the same day to complete the installation. I was so pleased with his work that I hired him to install a new light fixture and fix my garage door opener. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional, efficient and knowledgable electrician. I will certainly use his service in the future to address my home's electrical needs.

Contacted me immediately, made timely appt. Arrived early for appt. at rental house and completed work before I even arrived, no consultation with me. Disturbed tenant's guest for access. Had no invoice available when payment was made. I asked for invoice to be mailed, never rec'd even after a telephone reminder. Simple job anyone could have handled. Unacceptable business practices other than prompt call back and timely appt. Will not recommend.

Mr. Falgout called to tell us he was going to be late, due to an unforeseen circumstance. He arrived at the promised time, gave us an estimate, returned the next day to do the work, and he was knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous, and friendly. He even gave us some hints on how to fix the hole in the wall from the previous light fixture. It is great to know that we now have an electrician on whom we can rely as a usual repairman and whom we can recommend to our friends and relatives with the most confidence.

He was very informative and even told me how to repair my problem to save myself some money.
