TW Ellis did a great job on my deck. I only have one small negative and that is the cleanup. There were nails and small debris from the nail gun left on the site. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine that is looking to have a new deck and enclosure built. I would use them again with out a doubt.

TW Ellis designed a deck that fit with our house plan and an existing patio. They gave us sound recommendations on materials and styles. They were not the lowest bidder on our deck but the quality of their workmanship was well worth the cost. They are a very professional bunch and we are very pleased with the end result.

We asked for a 10 by 20 deck. They did not make clear that the 20 feet included the landing and stairs. So we basically got a 10 by 16 deck. There were several minor problems which took a couple of extra visits to repair. Crew left a circular saw blade in the yard. We are pleased with the appearances of the deck.

The TW Ellis team was very professional and efficient. Tim took the time to talk with me and take measurements to ensure he understood my deck concept and provided a detailed summary of the project costs. The overall product was better than I imagined and the work team did a great job cleaning up when the project was completed.

Tim and Company have been building an 18x12 foot replacement deck for me this week. Although the job is not quite finished, I am very impressed with their commitment to the project and their professionalism. Everything is coming out according to plan and so far, there are no surprises. The staff has gone out of their way to assist me in preparing the site and cleaning up before they leave for the evening. The quality of their workmanship is well beyond what I expected and the cost was reasonalble and within my budget and estimations. Tim put a little different spin on the design that is really making the deck stand out rather than just looking like a standard deck on the back of a townhome. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone thinking of having a deck installed. Talk to him before you talk with the others that are listed. You will be glad you did.

I had contacted several contractors for a maintenance free deck and TW Ellis gave me the best price and came out in the cold and finished the deck. It looked better than I thought it would. Tim gave me samples with a notebook showing all the work they did and even gave me a booklet with references from previous consumers so I could contact them direct. I choose a railing from a picture in the book and they just did a wonderful job. I would even rate them excellent but it only goes to very good! Another contractor wanted 1500 dollars more than the others and said I didn't want a good quality job but I disagree because I got the best price and the best quality I could ever ask for.

Extremely nice guys to deal with, and they got started promptly after the contract was signed. After completion, they were attentive to all of my concerns and addressed the few minor problems I identified. If I ever had to build another deck, I'd definitely consider T.W. Ellis again.
