I hired them in 2012 to remodel my bathroom and kitchen, put in a driveway porch front & back patio, landscaping, a deck and shed for my backyard. I paid over $100K. The floor in the kitchen & down the stairs is bubbling and there is a crack in my shower wall and soapdish. The concrete pitted and the tint on my front and back patio is peeling. They told me last year they would fix everything when they slowed down. They still haven't fixed my floor, they left a hole in my wall where they cut it and my patio looks terrible. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS. I can't even get them to call me back after 2yr

When they first started the project , it seemed as if we had made the right choice. When the project was completed we found MANY things wrong, broken tile in shower, grout missing in shower, shower door crooked, toilet seat crooked, mirror above the vanity warped and didn't stay flush against the wall. After many phone calls from my husband, they finally fit us in and supposedly fixed all the problems, except the mirror above the vanity still isn't flush against the wall. I don't understand for the money we paid to have the remodel why we would have these issues.

Install was not professional enough. The trim is not right, it has gaps and it is chipped. Also the dry wall around the trim looks bad where they tried to cut it away.

This company quality of workmanship is poor Numerous time I had to point out flaws in the tile work. Had to take 3 vacation days to sit and babysit them on the work. When the work was all done it looked like crap the grout wasn't cleaned right or sealed I'm still not using this shower. Words to the customers Use some one else the work was poor

We had the back door replaced and also had new windows replaced in our 3 season room. We were extremely satisfied with the product and work initially performed however we were not happy with the follow up in addressing issues. Also, the energy rebates we qualified for the documentation was never completed and we did not receive our rebates. Even after numerous attempts to have this rebate documentation completed our requests were not responded to.

Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
I hired this company to do my siding and it was the right choice. The siding were beautifully done, contractors were courteous. Thanks Home Advisor for recommending The Ultimate Home Makeover.

DO NOT HIRE! My 9 day home project turned into a 2 �� month ordeal. Kitchen & Bathroom was ripped out, and I was left without them being usable for almost 3 weeks. We waited for 1 bottom kitchen cabinet that was delivered wrong. Blame fell on the Cabinet maker as they sent the wrong cabinet. In the bathroom, we waited for the granite. The Granite shop "dropped" & broke the piece a couple of times. Communication was poor. Pregnant wife or I would be home waiting for some1 to show up to do something and no 1 showed. Same issues at my mom's house. 9 day project turned into 11 weeks

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
The final installation was very good and I am quite pleased with the results. The price was good as well. On the day that the install of 2 heavy large doorwalls was scheduled, only one person showed up. I asked him if he really thought that he could do it alone. He said he would try but I could see his heart wasn't really in in doing it alone. We agreed that he come back the next day with a helper, which he did. Watching the 2 do the install it was fairly obvious that 1 person would have been severely pressed to do it alone. But as I said the final install was quite nice and I am pleased.

They have completed the project, EXCEPT FOR replacing the damaged edge strip that runs along the front of the counter top. They called it to attention when it was installed the vanity, counter and sinks on 09/18/2012. They said I should have the replacement piece within 2 weeks. As of today (10/07/2012), they have NOT replaced it.

Chosen to finish our basement due to lowest quote. Studs, electrical, drywall and mud/taping done quickly with sub-contractors I would use again. Remaining items were a continuous struggle. UHM tried to get by with bare minimum. Awful project management and constantly reminding them of unresolved items. Sloppy workmanship req�d numerous touch-ups, esp paint (contractor�s DAD). Lots of footwork & babysitting req�d to ensure correct items ordered/installed. Poor communication, lots of excuses. Project looks good thanks to our hounding. In the end, we were too exhausted to still argue about details. UHM became attentive only at end to be paid.

I was so happy with my new kitchen. They were very good to work from my pictures, and stayed in the budget. They were so kind, I did not like how something looked, and they asked me about it. When I got home they had changed it for me. I was so happy about their work.
