He did a great job!

Very personable, professional and knowledgable plumber. The only reason I did not awared a perfect score is because I am still getting a tiny hissing sound from the toilet. Hoever, that could be the result of the toilet being quite old and in need of replacement. But everything works very well now. He came right on time and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely call again.

The person called me upon my request. They were very friendly on the phone and they did good work.

Absolutely terrible. Estimated 3 days, started 1 week late, finished in 2 months. We would wait for him to show up, call many time, then get a vm saying he was not coming in that day. The quality of the work was so bad I hired someone to fix what he broke. He put gaspipes into the fireplace and left the gas on without checking for leaks. The fire department showed me how to turn the leaking gas off. He lost faucet parts, broke parts which I had to replace. He replaced a leaking joint on a chrome fitting with cheap, used metal one. The tub drain was working till he replaced. Now we have to hold the toggle down for the water to drain.

Not one penny over estimate - Contractor was there as scheduled for both estimate and to perform the job - Inviting this contractor back to do additional work which to me is the Ultimate (no pun intended) complement you give give a contractor. I would recommend this contractor to friends aand family.

I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! After discuss the price and having the work done, he over charged me with additional fees. Not to mentioned he damaged my baseboard and left a big hole!

Ultimate K&B did good job removing old microwave, attempted install new micro which arced when plugged in. Failed install cost $125. Not fault of tech. Fault lies with A.J. Madison and/or Samsung.

Jim was great...worked quickly and competently. And the final bill was within his estimate (on the low end actually). Can't ask for much more than that.

They were able to come to my home quickly, showed up pretty close to on time, had the skills to diagnose whether i had an electrical or plumbing problem, and repaired the problem i had, very reasonably. Since my problem was a faulty circuit breaker with ground fault, it would have been nice if he had a replacement on his truck, but i live close to a home depot and got the part myself.

This company provided excellent, friendly, competent service. He did an excellent job fixing a power flush toilet for a good price. He was very responsive to my needs and very friendly.

Jim rescheduled an appointment so that he come on the only day that was convenient for us. He arrived right on time and was able to fix a leak we were having with our toilet. He was very personable and professional and we will be hiring him again to do some renovations in our bathroom. His prices were very reasonable

We had 5 urinals that needed repair (urinal traps and flushers). The service and quality of work was great. He charged a very good price and explained exactly what it was for. Additionally he cheaply snaked a drain and was able to provide an assessment of our other issues. I'm normally not easy to please but am recommending this contractor to others.

Utimate Kitchen and Bath were terrific... timly and accomidating etc... this job was working with tenants and Ultimate was great.

Pretty good service, but sink still leaks. Not partial to contractor's personal questions and judgments ("are you a Christian? How old are you?" etc.).
