The Ultra Classic experience was very rewarding for us. Joe maintained close attention to his time line, and kept meticulously to budget, informing us clearly and immediately of additional chargeable items along the way. And while there were many of these 'add-ons' , it was easy for us to keep the commercial aspects of the project in the cross hairs, based on the good communication between homeowner and contractor. The work done by UCH & R included roofing, siding, and new front porch & deck construction, all of which completely transformed the outside of our home, with a spectacular before & after contrast. This major exterior renovation was handled with first quality materials and workmanship. The UCH& R crews were hard-working yet friendly and very obliging. This was an altogether satisfying relationship, and it's likely we'll call on UCH & R again, for future projects.

Ultra Classic Homes did a wonderful job! I love my new windows. The entire transaction from start to finish was hassle-free. The installation was done quickly and with no mess. They really cleaned up after themselves well. I would definitely recommend these guys!

This company was wonderful. They were friendly and courteous, and responsive and flexible. They gave us a very fair price--almost $10,000 less than the Sears quote! The installation went well, and they cleaned up our home when they were done. Aside from a little sawdust and a few stray pieces of broken glass, you couldn't tell we'd had new windows installed in our entire home. We love our new windows!

I did not use Ultra Classic but I was very impressed with their professionalism. They followed up with me and provided me with a project estimate in a timely manner. I will keep them in mind for any future projects and I have recommended them to my friends.

Our new kitchen window and sliding door look very nice. The whole team was friendly, and the job was done right on schedule. Joe's price was also reasonable for this kind of work. I would definitely recommend Joe's services.

Joe Frost started out great!He did such beautiful work on the kitchen, that I also hired him to remodel a bathroom.It too is beautiful.Then I hired him to remodel another home we own.After 3 months, we had to let Joe go.The 2nd bathroom he remodeled leaked into the basement,causing the whole shower to have to be removed and rebuilt,& also caused repairs to the basement ceiling.Then the new kitchen cabinets ordered were such poor quality,we had to order $10,000 of better cabinets.It may be who he hires out jobs to, but in both instances the work was poor & the quality not up to his normal standard.He was often late to the job.

Joe has been excellent to work with. The only challenges has been our inability to ask the right questions. On several occasions Joe made extra trips on the weekends to review the details and ensure that we were very clear on expectations. (I can be a bit particular) We had a very limited budget and feel like we were able to utilize our funds to create the biggest visual bang for our buck. The project was never left hanging wondering what were the next step. I have already recommend Joe to my family and a friend at work.

Mr. Joseph Frost has completed my basement. I am very satisfied with his work. He meet all my requirements.

Joe and his sub-contractors did a great job. The dry wall person was a little messy, but that is a messy job. Joe was great about communicating with us, cleaning, checking the work site and coming in on budget. We loved his perfectionism and concern for a job well done. His personality is great and he is very easy to get along with. His biggest concern was doing the job right and he came through. We couldn't have ask for a speedier, cleaner and more economical job. This was the best experience I have ever had with construction/renovation. We will recommend him to others and hope to work with him again very soon.

We had some problems due to supplies and weather, followed by illness of workers that was beyond Joe's control but seriously delayed the project. Joe and his team were also very helpful in dealing with my condo association. Excellent installation and clean-up job. Workers very friendly and courteous as well.
