They came when they said they would, called when there was a delay in the project, and still finished on time. They cleaned up nicely. My neighbors are very impressed with the results, and one of them hired them to do some tree work in their own yard.

Kyle was very eager to get the business and had the best rate among other companies. He grounded a bunch of stumps, small in size but about 15 of them and that was great! Though I was disappointed because the day he came to do the job, he said he would be there between 9am-10pm, he called saying he would be there between 12pm-1pm (which was fine) but he didn't show up until after 1:30. Then he packed up but I noticed a stump hadn't been done so he had to unload the machine again. They asked if I wanted the holes filled (of course!) and left me with the clean up so he could get home to a contractor at his house. I didn't like that.

Kyle did a great job, tree looks great. His estimate was substantially lower than the other I had received and he completed the work promptly, within a couple of days of the estimate and for the amount he quoted. It really does look good exactly what we wanted. The only thing that kept me from the highest rating was that while he was working a limb from the tree fell and broke a board on our deck which he said he would return to repair and has not. It is not something I am overly concerned with, less than $10 to repair it myself. And again he did a great job with the tree.
