Unique Window and Door of North Central Indiana, Inc.

The guys did an awesome job. We are so satisified with the outstanding job of installing our windows. They were fast and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Good roof...good workers....tad expensive, but has a good warranty.

They were very easy to work with ,very curtious, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the work

very professional work and workers. Timely courteous clean.

Salesman did not know how product is installed. It led to confusion about what was actually done. The Installer did not investigate conditions sufficiently which also contributed to confusion. Had to make a 2nd trip to complete the job. Installer also had to call product manufacturer to determine proper installation procedure after product was installed. Fortunately everything turned out ok.

Educational. Work has not been done but is scheduled.

The service was great. A sales man came out within 1 to 3 days. He was a very nice man and a great salesman. He went into his very long pitch why I should chose his company. 50 year warranty from his company on labor and material. 50 year warranty from the company the produces the shingles. everything is made in he U.S. The crew arrived within a week and was done in another week. The last day only one guy showed up and I think he rushed it a bit.

Their salesman was outstanding. The men who did the work were very pleasant and thorough and my cabinets look wonderful! There were a few loose ends to finish up and they asked me to pay in full and I didn't think that was right. They did have to come back several times because the drawer fronts that were not correct on the first order had to be re-ordered and that took some time. All-in-all I am thrilled with my new kitchen! They need to tell people who order the white fronts to their cabinets that they do not paint the small wood strip inside the cabinets--we had to do that ourselves--and it really needs to be done.

They offer a great product that they are very enthusiastic about. The workmen were polite and courteous and left the worksite clean every night. The work was conpleted in a timely manner and they were professional at all times. The only negative was the number of phone calls I received after the project was completed, regard possible future projects. The calls started just days after the roof was completed and in spite of being told we didn't have plans to start any new projects until the roof was paid off, they kept calling. A call to the customer service department did remedy situation quickly.

Water was entering basement from multiple points. Their system completely solved the problem, although it was a major investment.

I couldn't be happier with my new siding!

Took a little longer than expected because the first tub was too wide and stuck out past the wall. The company graciously ordered a new different style tub. It was installed today. The installer was great. He is a wonderful young man, very kind, mannerly and thoughtful. We felt totally comfortable with him in our home. He did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything.

They did what they said they would do within a reasonable amount of time. I have hired the company to do a second job at my house

The gentlemen that came out to show me the gutters and caps were great, very knowledgable and helpful. The product seems to be very nice. So far we have found left outside, 2 gutter spikes one on the porch &one in the yard, 1 battery pack & 1 pry bar. The way the corners look are not pleasing to the eye. Also, I was told that yet someone else would come out to spray paint the corners to try &cover up the looks of the screws and bangs on the gutters & I have not heard from anyone. For the price that I am paying for the gutters I really do feel that instead of the aluminum being cut & pounded & screwed together that there should be a union.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Unique. Although there were a couple of problems which occurred during the installation of our windows, Unique did a fine job of correcting the issues. They even threw in some extra minor work on a storm door they had nothing to do with! I'd be happy to recommend Unique Windows and Doors to anyone.

THE GUYS WERE GREAT, VERY GOOD WORK AND QUALITY MATERIAL.
