can't get in touch with anyone and i have had problems from the beginning. not happy!!

Knowledgeable, Friendly and handled the problem of out of date GPS maps/directions very well. My house, built in 1988, is not on the latest Garmin/Navteq maps. Thanks to cell phones, I was able to direct Mark to the house. When he finished, I had confidence the system would function as designed for several more years. The Company was very fast, kind, and had good communication. I was a little worried on their arrival time because they were late and little bit more money than i excpected. They did a great job though, and now my tenants are satisfied with the air conditioning. I will use this company in the future and recommend them to others. Thankyou for all your hard work.

Showed up when promised; was fair and knowledable.

Prompt service. I had to wait a long time for a part to come in but they came to do the job as soon as it came in.

Did not get this work done yet; will be done in June probably. Will complete when the job is done

Worked with our schedules. Stayed on schedule. Very polite. Doubt group yet accustomed to working much in private homes. Not yet comfortable in interacting with different personalities but it's coming. Not experienced in putting in the lighting we had chosen. Honest about that and we are grateful. Much better than trying to cover ignorance. On the other hand I wonder about ongoing training in the company for new products. Clean-up afterwards very minimal. Holes drilled in cabinets not cleanly drilled. Probably needed a bit they didn't have. Would I use C&S again? Very probably although I'd ask more questions about techniques and products we'd be using. Perhaps the weakest link in our experience was conversation with the companies dispatcher. He seldom knew anything and didn't get answers for us.

Very prompt in setting up appointment. On time and job was completed in a timely manner. I would use C & S Electric again and also recommend them to others.

Getting the bid to be a reasonable figure was difficult. Communication, though, was always good. Although I have not seen the quality of the work, I believe it is fine with one exception: The person that spent the most time on the job told my mother in law that he would be back to fill in a gap that was created in the ceiling of the dining room, and he has not yet returned to do that.

We appreciated how promptly the work was done and were very satisfied with the quality of their work. Everyone on the job was courteous and did not waste any time in getting their job done to our satisfaction. We will have no problem calling them back to do any electrical work we may have in the future or in recommending them to our friends.

Very courteous and kept working with us on scheduling. Arrived when they said they would and finished in one day. They checked with us before they went over their quote to make sure we wanted them to continue. Would definitely recommend Teddy Casey and the crew from C&S Electric!
