they came out quickly but didn't remedy our problem. I called them but have not heard back from them. The best news is they didn't bill me

"We attempted on numerous occasions to schedule the follow treatment but never got a call back from him. We do not charge anyone who is not 100% satisfied. We take great pride in our services and his problem would have been solved if he called us back for the follow up service."

The entire process through Service Magic was great. I listed my need for an exterminator at 1130pm on a Wednesday evening and by 730am Thursday I had an appointment set up for 11am. Tom did a fantastic job and was extremely thorough in not only his explanations but also in his performance. Extremely affordable! I have since hired Universal Pest to come back monthly for regular maintenance.

They were fast, courteous and efficient. Had ants in my home so I used Service Magic Monday morning to find help. That evening the folks from Harkins were at home. They also followed up a week later to make sure my ant problem was solved.
