Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Marty of Urban Building and Development has done two jobs for me. He added on a large room and laundry and pantry for me in June/July of 2009 and Replaced all windows and removed siding and put up vinyl siding on my home this past April 2010. HE IS EXCELLENT!!!! Each job was done ON TIME and at the price quoted. He and his assistant Steve are considerate and diligent in their work. We had weather issues with both projects and they were amazing at taking care of me to make sure my house stayed intact and safe through-out each job. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are WONDERFUL.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I would highly recommend Urban Building. Marty and his team did a phenomenal job on my addition. I had a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom suite added. Not only did the quality and professionalism meet my expectations, it soared above. I am still amazed at what was done at such a great price. I was apprehensive investing as much money as I did, but the whole team made me feel at ease from day one. They started when they said, they answered my calls when I had questions, they were courteous and clean. They even kept their cool when I wanted changes from what I originally asked for. Overall it was a great experience from start to FINISH! THANKS

Find a Custom Home Builder
Urban Building & Development gave me a reasonable estimate on the building of my home. They were very professional over the phone, they copleted the job in a timely manner. They ran into some problems the fix them in a timely manner. If I build another house I will call on them again. I will recommend them to all my friend when they come to florida.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Poor quality workmanship was a continuous issue with this company. I even had to redo some of the work that I had paid him to do. He also had a very unprofessional attitude; screaming on the phone when I tried to communicate any concern to him. The delays during the work were another big issue. I will not recommend this company to anyone
Response from Urban Building & Development, LLC
"The previous contractor could not make this homeowner happy either. The plans were not complete, which caused us to rebuild the columns three times. Unfortunately, we could not satisfy this homeowner."

They are the best, they keep me up to date with everything and no matter how many questions I ask they answer them all. They are truly the best and very professional. They take the time to explain details to my husband and myself without talking down to us. I love these guys and recommend them highly for anyone thinking of building or just updating there current home.
