Had to beg them to come out and do the job after they took my $4000- left it a complete MESS with crazy uneven concrete, mud splatters everywhere, didn't replace drywall in closet and broke my window sill. Brought me the wrong tile twice, and only after threatening them. "Lifetime warranty" is complete mess- read it! It barely covers anything. Our $800 sump pump went out after 3 years and it took AN ENTIRE YEAR of calling to get them to respond, then they wouldn't even look at it. STAY AWAY- for 1/10th of the cost I put in my own pump that's working fine.

I hired them to repair a foundation leak. Besides the fact that I had totake extreme measures to get them to complete the job now I discover that they cut the heat tubing of my radiant heating system. The cut into the floor despite the FACT that the leak was in the wall. When they cut into the floor for some reason they cut out a 1 foot section of tubing. I have tried to get them to repair the job but they refused. They will not return calls or emails unless you threaten extreme measure. They won't pay for the damage they caused. I have spent over $1000 repairing their damages.

I felt very comfortable with the work that they did and will call them first whenever I need my sump pumps worked on in the future.

The Utah Basement System employees were prompt and courteous. They left the area very clean even while carrying out buckets of dry and then wet clay. The pump looks substantial, but we can't say how well it works until it rains. However, I would expect that the professionalism they showed would be reflected if we had any problems.

The concept of stopping basement water intrusion without outside trenching/sealing has totally amazed me and all my neighbors. The crew came in, jackhammered the floor, installed the system, cleaned up and gone in 3 days. Myself and neighbors have been apprehensively waiting for a couple of good ground soaking before casting our vote. I can now say, I sleep through the night not worrying about my basement carpet getting soaked and furniture ruined. I've probably increased the value of my home by $10,000, but I think I'll stay now! I completely expect you'll be hearing from my neighbors soon. This is fantastic! Thank you.
