First experience with this type of service, so I can't speak that well regarding quality, etc.

Aaron was great. He was professional and coordinated a perfect time for the service call.

They were very efficient and able to help me out with an inspection on relatively short notice. They are very friendly and did a thorough job.

When I thought I had termites, I called three places for a bid. One business was almost twice as much and the third business never showed up at the scheduled time. When Greg arrived for the initial inspection, he walked thru the inside and outside of my home and thoroughly explained the process. He arrived on time the day of the treatment and took time to answer all of my questions. I can say I have been thoroughly "schooled" on termites. I was surprised about the amount of work that goes into the treatment process and I feel as if though I definitely received my money's worth.

They responded promptly when I contacted them, and they were easy to work with to set up the appointment. Greg, the man who actually treated my home, has 35 years in the business and appeared extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions as well as providing additional useful information. He did not have all of the tools that he needed to complete the job during his first visit. He was easy to work with and he arranged an additional visit around my schedule. He also appeared to do a thorough job. I cannot comment on value, as I do not know what this should actually cost. I just wanted my home to be termite free!

Vector Termite and Pest Control was so professional and thorough when conducting my Wood Destroying Insect report for the house I'm buying. They took their time, and really explained their findings. Luckily, no termites! He spent several hours inspecting everything, even though it was about 100 degrees outside. He explained the conducive conditions, and remedies for them, including pre-treatment just to make sure I never have to worry about getting termites in the future. Thanks!

Greg is a serious expert and took extra time to clearly explain the termite extermination process to us. It was apparent that he really enjoys his work and stays on top of the technology. The cost was very reasonable, especially since he provided some additional coverage for us at no extra charge that he felt would provide the complete protection we wanted. That kind of service is rare in today's dollar driven world. I recommend Vector 1, particularly Greg, very highly.
