This contractor has not been honest with me about delays. I hired this contractor about 1 year ago. He was not honest about permitting delays. They didn't complete the job until January of this year and I have been waiting for a replacement glass since. Mr. Noe's savior is his installer Nick who does a great job and has been trying his best to complete the work.

Good sales presentation and good materials. Poor installation and post-payment customer service. Multiple, multiple attempts to get the leaking screen enclosure roof they left behind went unanswered. Still trying to plug leaky areas and still can't get Venetian to stand by their work. Started with a bang ended with a fizz. Learned my lesson, there will be no repeat performance.

Chris was very friendly and honest. He gave a lot of information and listened to what you were looking at doing with the enclosure and gave good recommendations. Carl did great work and even worked long hours to rap up the project in less than 2 days.

Venetian Builders did an excellent job renovating our pool enclosure. Chris, Brian and their team were friendly and very professional. They arrived on time, worked hard and finished ahead of schedule. They didn't consider the job done until we let them know we were 100% satisfied. In every way, Venetian Builders earns a five-star rating.
Response from Venetian Builders, Inc.
"Wow, Im blushing! Thanks again for trusting our team to renovate your enclosure. Im sure it is going to continue to be great for years to come."

Very polite, understanding the economy and tries its best to help the customer as well as giving them a fair price. Gives the customer a choice of the type of work that can be done, its cost and warranty.
Response from Venetian Builders, Inc.
"Thanks so much for the kind words. It was a pleasure on my end as well."
