Rick was very prompt with everything: returning calls, on time for service, immediate installation. He even stopped by to check a breaker switch for me on his way home.

Rick came out quickly to look at a 30 year old furnace that was not working. He was honest and fair in explaining my options. I decided to put in a new furnace and Venture did the work. The only issue was they did not light my water heater when they left and we discovered this the next morning! Overall they were professional and easy to work with.

They were very friendly and quick and informative. The trainee did forget to turn the fan back on,, No big deal. Everything else was fine.

I have used them twice; furnace/AC installations and water heater installation, and I am pleased to tell you that I have been very pleased with their quality of works. They (Rick, Jeremy and Scott) are all honest and trustworthy. They will be doing all tune ups twice a year for all three installations. I am glad I found them.

Rick came out right away. He inspected our furnace and determined it was only a fuse, he replaced the fuse with a switch that brought it up to code. Honestly he could have told us we needed a new furnace and we wouldn't have known different, so we really appreciate his honesty!! Saved us hundreds if not thousands of $'s !! Hard to find these days.

They were on time and polite! Service was excellent. He serviced my furnace and even looked at our gas fireplaces. One of them is leaking carbon monoxide, so I'm glad he was able to do that for me. We'll replace it soon.

Rick checked out my system and determined my thermostat was suspect. He got it working with the old thermostat. He didn't try to sell me a new thermostat just told me if I continued to have problems to replace the thermostat and recommended a brand to to buy and that I could replace it myself. Very consciences professional young man that I would certainly hire again when needed.

They did a great job with furnace installation, but a terrible job with the venting. I will now have to have my roofing contractor come and fix up the mess they made on my roof.

Rick has done an excellent job for us on 3 separate occasions. The guy treats us more like a friend than a customer! He does whatever it takes to do the job right in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rick for anything related to H.Vac.

Fair price. Excellent customer service. Did all phases of complete HVAC replacement. Let you know what was being done and how long it would take. Had to move hot water tank and didn't charge for the extra work. Mr Schow even had a company come and test the duct work which he paid for. Everything was completed as he said he would. Will have him do all needed work or repairs in the future.

Excellent customer service. Mr. Schow keep in touch on when he would arrive. Made suggestions if additional maintenance was needed but wasn�t pushy. Also did a detail walkthrough of the inspection. He definitely was well knowledge in the hvac systems.
