I acquired a used a/c system. They installed it when no other company would due to the fact that it was a used system. Dave was very professional; he called me back when he said he was going to and even followed up after it was installed to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using Vera Cruz Repair for my future needs and would recommend them to anyone.

My appointment was scheduled around my chaotic schedule. Not a time that was convenient for them. After the repairs were make and everything was in proper working condition. The owner of the company followed up a few days later to make sure I was please with the finish repairs. I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and personalization of this company.

I had a failed Heat pump. Your technition diagnosed the problem by phone with a high degree of certainty, he came equipped with a heat pump capacitor at 25% of the cost of other repair services estimated prices. He was able to check the system install the part and confirm that the problem was solved. He was here and gone in less than 20 minutes and my system is working perfectly.
