Competent, timely, courteous, clean. I would hire Mark Basile again for tile work. I recommend him to anyone else.

Installer did his job well and start time for our project was within my time frame. Installer was good enough to go with us to pick out tile and needed materials which we paid for but at the end of the job, installer requested that we consider paying him a higher fee because of the tile chosen. I feel that if a job requires a higher payment than was quoted, it should be discussed before the project begins, not at the end of the project when payment is due. This was a bit uncomfortable for us. Otherwise, the installer was professional, work ethics was very good and clean up was well done. We would recommend this company to anyone.

He tiled the whole house. He does a fantastic job. He is very meticulous in what he does. I watching him, he was on the floor, checking that every thing looked right. He is just excellent in what he does.
