Great team. Fast work and did cleanup afterwards. I even got good information on plumbing fixtures!

Bill Vetsch came out to look over the situation himself and also came himself, with one apprentice, to install a high quality electric water heater. We had an unusual water heater before, with an integral heat pump, a type which is no longer manufactured anywhere. Mr. Vetsch took the time to research heat pumps for us and came up with options which we could add on later. He and his staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful, on time, and cleaned up everything. Also cleaned out basement drain and tub drain for only $50 while they were there, and came back another day to tighten a fitting at no charge.

Outstanding service. Responded quickly and completed repair job in efficient manner. Went out of their way to clean up excess water around water heater after installation was complete. Final billing came in under the estimate, and they handled my warranty claim with the manufacturer so I didn't have to. All in all, a first-rate experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Flapper installed in toilet leaks. He will have to come back to fix. Fixed the flapper and it works perfectly.

Bill Vetsch was wonderful. I had him put in a sump pump and back up battery powered sump pump. He returned my phone call promptly. Came when he said he would. Knew exactly what I needed to have done. Answered all my questions. I would use him again for any plumbing project.

Bill Vetsch is very customer service oriented and explained things thoroughly. He did not try to pressure me into anything I did not want to have done. Bill brought the 2 models of fixtures to show me in order for me to make my decision. He was prompt in returning my call after the work was done and I had further questions.
