Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
The project was to grade my yard so water drains out of my yard toward a grated drain in the back area of my yard, tile a downspout, tile the sump pump and seed the yard. The job was paid in full when he finished. However, after it rained, I now have a wet mushy area behind my home and a mini pond at the back of my yard because it isn't draining properly. Also, where the sump pump is tiled, that area is wet and mushy too. A lawn mower can't be used on the areas and they have to cut the grass with a weed whip. He has not responded to my last 2 e-mails.
