Window Cleaning
Windows were not properly cleaned. Restroom floors were not stripped and waxed. A low grade, residential wax was used. We had to hire another contractor to come in and complete the store cleaning. Workers for VIP were standing around for at least one hour watching the window cleaner. Poor performance. Will never use again and will not recommend.

"We had a window specialist doing the windows that's why the maids were waiting. They finish their job. The window specialist did a great job considering a window that was never clean before and full of paint residues. We had a contract to sweep and mop the restroom floors not to strip and wax them."

The staff was great but I did a post cleaning check and they did not touch the kitchen so i hjad to go in and wipe ot refrigerator and counters

"We had a cleaning supervisor on site and he did a post cleaning check with him and he checked everything and said he was happy. We perfected that house. Most cleaning companies do not have a supervisor on site to do post cleaning check, we do that to make sure we satisfy our customers."

The estimator and overall supervisor was very cooperative, but the supervisor who was on the job was useless--an older man who had no idea of how to direct the 4 cleaning ladies. The ladies ranged from one very competent,one average, and 2 who seemed almost metnally defective. I had to direct the entire post-construction cleaning standing over them because they were supposed to clean every shelf, drawer, etc. but would skip over anything they could get by with, it seemed. After they left, I found a number of drawers and shelves they overlooked, I can't imagine how. They were using all the wrong products until I realized it and corrected.

The estimate was extremely high and they require 1/2 down in advance and only accept credit cards, which I hadn't heard of before with a cleaning service. Finally they arrived several hours late, after already rescheduling. The house was clean in the end, but overall it wasn't my greatest experience.

"the estimate was high because she called us at the last minute she needed to move out that same day and needed us to clean that same day. We were at another job site we told her we couldn't do it, she begged us to come finally we agreed to lower the price and rush there at the last minute to help her finish moving out and then cleaned the whole house. We never had a set time with her."

They did do a good job but they didn't clean the inside of the refrigerator. I thought I had mentioned that I wanted that done when we spoke so I was disappointed when it wasn't clean.

Walls & Ceilings Cleaning Service
VIP was impressive in that they responded immed/same day I made request. They came out to look at work next day and gave estimate. Work was done well and for the price I was quoted. It took a little longer than I anticipated, but suppose neither he nor I really knew how long it would take to scrap and scrub duck tape residue that had been on for a while.
