Great work. Arrived on time and performed work as requested, professionally and as quoted.

I was not very happy with the service I received. I had indicated to the plumber that the problem I was having was intermittent and when they arrived the boiler was not making the noise. They concluded that there was no problem with the boiler and I am not fully satisfied that is indeed the case.

Perry was great. On time, did a great job.

WP Turner did all the repairs as I had requested. They were on time, did their work neatly (used drop cloths to protect floors), and hones about the work that needed to be done. I was particularly pleased because they honored their warranty (30 days) after the warranty expired. A leak continued in a kitchen sink faucet. I would highly recommend them.

The service was outstanding and the price was reasonable. The gentlemen were pleasant and professional. This was a very good experience to help me with a difficult plumbing problem.

As it is often the case with plumbing jobs, some make time longer to fix than others. My plumber was running late. He made sure to let me know ahead of time, and assured me he could still come later in the afternoon-- which he did. He expertly examined all of the possible sources of my leaks and found two (2) leaks. He kept the work area covered and cleaned up after he was done. His price was very reasonable. I am thinking of replacing my aging water heater. WP Turner is at the top of my list when I'm ready. Thank you for your very professional, courteous service!

They did a good job

My boiler hadn't been serviced for over 5 years and had a number of problems. Perry was quick to respond to my service request and was on time for the job (even calling to let me know he was on the way). He and his assistant did a great job, explained everything and cleaned up after they were done. And, the final price was less than I expected (we had several valves and gauges that needed replacing). It was painless process. I'd definitely use him again. It's hard to find people who know how to handle boilers and radiator heat, so I'm glad I found him. I'll call him next time I have a problem and next year to have him do an annual checkup.

Arrived on time, worked efficiently, responded to questions, charged the price he quoted, and did not try to tell me I needed to tear up a wall to get to a burst pipe as another plumber had. Instead, he fixed it. Very pleased. Will bring him in when we remodel our bathrooms.

Perry was quick to respond to my service request. He was one-time and got right to work. The job was down quickly, yet thoroughly, and the area was left completely clean. The price was very reasonable as well. I have found my new plumber!

All around great experience. Perry responded promptly to my inquiries and answered all of my questions. They showed up on time for the installation and were done in 2 hours. Perry then explained the next steps. Would definitely use them again for future plumbing issues.

Perry did an excellent job and we plan to use him for any future plumbing problems. Perry did not charge us to come give an estimate and offered several innovative and economical solutions to our plumbing problems when he could have proposed more costly alternatives. Once on the job, Perry fixed a few small additional plumbing matters without charge. He was very neat and left the work areas clean.

He fixed both our kitchen sink leaks and the gas leak in our fireplace. He was very nice, efficient, and reasonable.
