Very honest, easy to talk with and fully understood my needs with-in a few minutes. Tim's crew always showed up on time, and they always put down drop cloths and took off their shoes when walking around the house. When the work was done, I was walked around and shown what was completed. Tim answered all my questions, prior, during and after the work was completed. I would strongly recommend Tim and his crew for future jobs!
