Walker Contracting Services has over 35 years of experience as a General Contractor. We provide the highest quality home improvement available, including additions, remodels, decks, and sunrooms. We do complete interior and exterior renovations and repairs as well as vinyl siding, facia, soffit, freise and overhangs, storm windows, doors and insulated replacement windows and doors. We do complete roof replacement and repairs as well as custom made seamless gutters. We offer design landscaping and are fully equipped with backhoe, bobcat and tractors for dirt and landscaping. We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as cash. We also have loan programs available for your convenience.

Mr. Walker provided me with a good and detailed estimate. I paid him 1/3 of the price as a down payment. I have talked to him several times since, but he has so far failed to show upto do the work.

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
They tried very hard to help me find the color metal roof I wanted, but we were unable to find it. They receive a A+ for trying and I used them after selecting another color mainly because they spent so much time with me. I could have gone with another contractor that gave me a lower price for the same thing, but they sold me on there help.

Sunroom or Patio Enclosure Building Service
The job took aproximately 1 week longer than estimated. 1 area was not correct and he requested we have someone else look at it and he would pay for it. During the job, the yard was a complete mess. They did not pick up after themselves daily. Left lunch paper, etc laying around daily. The quality and price was good, but his crew putting up the sunroom were unprofessional

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
Replaced siding, two windows, front door. Several issues arose, and the contractor corrected the problems immediately and cheerfully. Walker Contracting was not the low bid, but the personal attention and quality of product got them the job. The job took about a month from acceptance of bid to completion.
