My only complaint that I told the contractor that I wouldn't be home until a certain hour and that he should wait for me outside if he came early. When I came home he had already come into the house and proceeded to inspect the house without me. I suppose that I should have told my teenage son not to let anyone in but I was under the impression that he understood what I wanted.

Trap was left in my attic for 3 weeks with no follow-up, received a overpriced bill for the effort. Management engaged and appropriately adjusted the cost, but this does not change what occurred.

After my wife and I were stung by bees who make their home in an outside light fixture on my deck, I took action thru ServiceMagic. I got service the same day and the bee home was sprayed. I was informed about bees and what was gonna happen. The Africanized bees would die and I was given a six month warranty. I was concerned because I kept seeing dead and dying bees on my deck 4 or 5 days after the spraying. I was informed that the product sprayed was a slow killer and just to be safe, he came a sprayed again. I am so pleased with the a prompt service and the explanations abd especially the guarantee should the bees show up again.

They were fast to respond, friendly and communicative in the estimating process and were on time and thorough during the application process. I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt in calling me back, and came out the same day. Scott Reiber did the treatment, and he did a great job. He was polite, mannerly, and I was pleased with his service. I would definitely refer Scott to my friends, and I would give him a high rating. I will call him again if I should have a problem.

Walker's Termite and pest control was very informative and punctual. Their tech provided a good analysis and put down poison (which unfortunately had no effect on the mice) and provided me with sticky traps to place on my own these were very effective caught twelve mice!). If the tech would have patched the holes he found and placed the sticky traps (as well as followed up with a new supply of sticky traps and hole patching) I'd would rate them 5 stars. I still have one or two stubborn mice who refuse to die (to smart for stiky traps or poison). Considering buying a Cat but my Wife hates cats! LOL!

They (Scott) were very nice to come out the same day I called. Scott was late arriving but did call to let me know he was running late. He said he would give me a discount for being late which I thought was very nice however the discounted rate was the regular non-dscounted rate the other companies were going to charge me. So I really did not receive a discount. I would use their services again if needed ( I hope for my sake I don't need them given the extent of my problem) however I would have to bring up this point with them. Scott was professional and otherwise on time for future appointments.

Scott and his technician, Mark were on time, performed a thorough inspection of our situation, and a gave a complete and thorough treatment. It's only been 2 weeks since the treatment, but it seems to have been successful.

Very thorough, polite, made recommendations on what needed to be done, if any problems please call and they would take care of the problem. I would use this company again for any pest problems. Thank-you Walker Termite & Pest Control for a job well done.

While I continued to see a few bugs a couple of weeks after Walker came out, I have not noticed any in awhile.

It was good. They were sup. to come back the next day to install the nets, but came back 2 days later. Other than that, I am very pleased!

The tech was honest about his findings. Other companies tried to charge me $500 - $950 for a job that didn't need to be done. Fortunately, there were no bats in my attic. However, I would definitely call upon Walker for future needs, as well as recommend them to others.

They did searched the premises throughly and treated all trouble spots. I even had a follow up visit today. Excellent service!

Company was very responsive. Scott called me immediately, and then followed up with me (when I forgot to call him back). Showed up as scheduled and was very thorough--haven't seen any bugs inside since the treatment and the wasps haven't returned outside.

They came out and spent 40 minutes trying to find the problem. In the end, they could't find the root cause of the problem, but they didn't charge me anything for their time. I would recommend them to anyone as they seemed to be both knowledgeable and honest. Only reason not five stars is because they couldn't find the source of the problem..
