WARD'S REMODELING, INC. has been serving the Northern Virginia area since 1988. We perform residential HANDYMAN work at fixed hourly rates. Our DESIGN/BUILD projects include, but are not limited to, the following: Additions, Kitchens, Baths, Garages, Basement Finishing, Porches, and Decks. We have over 300 satisfied customers in our database! Our president, Ken Ward, personally supervises each job. Ken is a certified Remodeler, accredited through the National Association of Remodelers (N.A.R.I.) and has advanced training in Chief Architect, a computer aided design program.

Very expensive, and took twice as long to complete the job. Botched a few measurements and had to be strong armed into fixing their own mistakes. Given that, the work was of good quality.

We hired both Electrical Solutions LLC and Wards. Electrical Solutions call right away--we hired them to do the electrical work, then hired Wards to do the rest. Electrical Solutions was much more expensive but I hired them before I heard from the others

Drywall - Install
Very helpful, sent an additional man to help move the furniture back. Added additional sanding and painting at my request, all done to my satisfaction. His worker, Enrique, was easy and pleasant to work with. I can recommend that company without reservations. Ken Ward also came up with ideas, and we chose the simplest one together, and probably the most successful one.

Plaster Repair
I had Ward's Remodeling rebuild two bathroom walls and a ceiling that had been damaged by water. The job ended up being much more complicated than originally anticipated, but Ken (owner) was great at explaining the problems, offering solutions, and finishing the job in a timely manner. I liked working with him and his team.

I am very happy with the person that performed the work. He knew what he was doing (called experienced) and did a fine job. Could not be happier. In fact, I added your organization and the Wards company to the recommended list for our home owners association. Again, most pleased with both, your and Wards services. Nice doing business with both. I anticipate using them again when needed.
