My refrigerator was making a loud noise with a click for about a week. Late on Saturday night, I noticed that the food in my freezer was defrosting. I had no idea who to call so I went on line and found the Washer Wizzard's through Home Adviser. James from the Washer Wizzard called me before I was finished entering the information. He and his assistant had the problem solved within the next 4 hours. I was very impressed with the service and how quick they responded.

Through all my experiences with service repair, leave it to a woman to get it right the first time and this time was no exception. Very pleased.

Honest. Straight forward. Gives prices right up front. Answers phone calls and returns them super quickly. More interested in a good job than being plastic. Good, hard working people. Would absolutely recommend.

The folks at Washer Wizzards were friendly, quick and efficient. They had to order the part I needed and although the supplier would have delivered it almost a week later, they pushed for an earlier delivery. Within a couple of days of seeing them, the part was here and it took all of a few minutes to get everything fixed up. I'd certainly work with them again.

I had a GE Top Freezer energy star Refrigerator less than 2 years old not getting cold. I went online arround 6 AM looking for someone to find out how much to fix it. Washer Wizzard owner James LaFleur called me right away and told me a house call would cost $40 and if repair was done the $40 would go towards the repair. He came out right away and found that a rather expensive relay start assembly was defective. He fixed it and was able to install a new generic relay that although expensive would do the job and cost less than a GE relay. He completed the job right away and the unit started right up producing cold. Mr LaFleur did a good job.

Scheduled appointment very quickly. Did not try to sell us unneeded parts. Used the parts I had and just charged us the service call. Finally, a fair repairman. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I am more than happy to recommend Washer Wizzards! I have a really old washing machine and because of their honest opinion and advise I decided to not repair this machine. Then, to top it off, he fixed (at no charge) a botched job on my dryer by another repair service. Great service!! Thank you Washer Wizzards!

James & Leann arrived and went right to work. Within seconds they knew what the problem was and gave us a price to repair. Since it was considerably less than buying a new washer we agreed to have the work done. They got the washer working like new, doing extra work including parts at no charge. James cleaned the outside of the washer & the dryer before considering the job complete. When they called about the request i had submitted they were about 70 miles away, even though they had to drive that distance for a relatively small job they were still very pleasant to deal with.
