Very thorough cleaning and professional review/estimate of my whole home/each room prior. Flexible cleaning schedules offered. A precarious light fixture broke when they were cleaning and I was informed immediately. They were apologetic and offered to reimburse me for a replacement.

The owner came out for the estimate, and wrote detailed notes about exactly what needed to be cleaned. After the estimate was slightly high, but not too bad. The cleaners themselves were very professional; talked politely, but continued working, and were extremely thorough.

Very reliable. We have one cleaner that comes on a regular basis. If she is not available, they send a replacement and a review her work prior to leaving. We are very happy with the service, and have had no problems in the time we have had Welcome Home (1+ years).
