Wenzel Construction

Easy to schedule, nice guy, fair price. My only complaint is that I had to pick up scraps of metal and nails that were left behind after the job.

He was very professional and did a quality job.

Very professional and timely. Found a problem two weeks later and it was fixed within 2 days. Great Job!

Didn't keep 8:30 a.m Monday commitment - forcing me to accommodate his schedule instead of my own. I should mention that during first contact he did not want to come out to my home for an estimate, suggested that if he came out at all he would want to perform the job. Gave him the job based on estimate over the phone, but I wasn't 100% comfortable with that arrangement. The 2 hour behind scheduled time today was too much. I've used Servicemagic in the past and I've always received courteous and professional assistance with my projects - not today.

Gutters were very clean. Found another problem while cleaning the gutters and offered an affordable solution.

Very responsive, and easy to work with. Appreciated the quick repair.

Mark was very nice and did a good job - all in one day!

Excellent! It was such a pleasure to work with such a professional. Mark was the only contractor I spoke with who did not immediately try to steer me toward a complete re-siding of my house. He felt it could be an easy repair job. Once Mark arrived, he noticed a few more loose pieces of siding and offered to repair everything for $150. This was quite a bit less than the $10,000-$15,000 people were quoting for re-siding the whole house. When I arrived home, the work was great and Mark left a note that he had completed another repair. He suggested an extra $50 if I thought the extra work was worth it. I was floored by his professionalism, integrity and customer service! I highly recommend Wenzel Siding & Roofing.

Very professional. Came out quickly and completed the job as promised for a good price. Nice guy to boot. Would definitely recommend.
