I was just crusing the net to find a solution to my problem when I came across this site. I filled out the questionaire and within 2 1\2 hours I recieved a phone call from John White. This was on a Sunday afternoon! We made arrangments for the next morning. John even re-arranged his AM schedule to fit mine. He arrived at 8:15am and fixed my furnace-which was caused by a spider!- and was gone by 9:15am. Not only was John efficent, he explained how my furnace worked and how something like that could have happened. He did all of this and only charged me for the service call that he had quoted me the day before! If you've got a furnace problem, just call John White!

Mr. White answered my request within an hour. Due to the holiday, he could not get parts (not his fault) but came back the next day and completed the repairs. He kept at the job until he solved the problem. I would certainly call him again, if needed.
