"I am sorry that you were not pleased with the service provided. I never cashed the check for the service call to replace the valve. I also didn't charge you for the valve that I replaced for your main. Due to the fact that your main valve was in such poor condition, I was unable to solder anything. I also brought your electrical issue to your attention. The electrical issue you had was turning your piping into an electrical circuit, I offered to have my electrician look at it, but you declined, telling me that you had someone coming over. I did nothing to create a dangerous environment. It was preexisting. I just informed you about it."
