I was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient to my schedule. Mark got right on the job. One problem, he could not get the a/c to duplicate the problem. It waited until 2 am the next morning. Soo it is very hard to give an accurate rating since I still have the problem but I cannot say I think it is Marks fault.

Getting my appointment set up was a problem. Had to call several times to get the appointments person to call me back. And then she made the appointment for the wrong day! Finally got Kenny out there and he was excellent! Did great work, quickly and talked me into buying the maintenance plan which saved me $100+. Great person and great technician. A/C blowing VERY cold now.

Mike came out in the rain from Bryant air, and I was late for the appt, non the less, he was a professional and wanted my business. He readily answered all my questions, and was very helpful. Very pleased

The tech was very prompt and professional. A little pricey, but worth it.

The A/C unit has been replaced and tested, but it took them too long to respond and get a technician out onsite. We initially contacted this company on Thursday(15Mar12) but they did not complete the job until Tuesday(21Mar12). If they are this busy then they should hire more help.

In my area, it's hard to find people that know what they're doing and people that want to get rich after one job. These people are great, I got a better unit for alot cheaper than I was quoted for a unit cheaper than the one I got. I am very happy I found your website before I got my A/C unit.

It is notoften in today's world where you are treated with respect and honesty, most people are looking out for their bottom line. They were very helpfil in a emergecy situation.
