Not all technicians have the same level of skills and knowledge but, Windy City Builder Services kept coming out until they got the job done right. When doing a repair job they will quote you a price for the service which will go up if the job takes longer then one hour to complete. The finished product is well worth the price. Being in demand and very busy means that you may not receive an update on maintenance until you call WCBS. I would recommend to anyone.

I was VERY VERY pleased with Windy City Builder Services, they were out here when I needed them, they called and came out on time, and Dave went to work and fixed my garage door, Knew what to do and how to fix it immediately and properly. I can only rate the quality of the service so far - I have ordered a new garage door and it hasn't been installed yet. I think his name was Dave - was able to get the garage door open for me so I could get my car out and he was very helpful in providing me with several options - at no charge!
