"The challenges faced on this job were numerous. We were given a start date which was pushed back several times by the client. My material sat on the job for three weeks before it was ready for us to begin. The client wanted it done immediately, so we had to bring in another crew, because the originally scheduled crew was on other scheduled jobs. I was on the job several times ensuring that it was completed in a professional manner, which it was. I walked the job to see if anything needed to be redone, I found a few things and had the crew redo the problems. The owner has never called to inform me of any problems."
