I went with Wolves Group because they were able to come out right away, out of the two places that called me back. Theyve been out a total of three times and it still isnt done properly nor finished. After the second time they came out I called the contractor Dennis and asked when it would be completed. He immediatly got defensive gave us our money back and sent his crew out a third time. He also had his crew try and collect from me but i will not be paying until its done completely and properly. AFter three times it still isnt close to being any of those things. I am very unsatisfied and would NOT recommend them to ANYONE i know.
Response from Wolves Group, LLC
"Showed goodwill by giving back the check. Homeowner expected the work for free. Took neighbors advise and walked away at a loss before it got deeper. Never received any payment."

During the option process Dennis offered various alternatives with estimates involving several product sources, some which were not available to me directly, and they provided excellent information of the project status and issues identified during the conversion.
